Shake with ice and strain
½ dry gin (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
¼ lemon juice (¾ oz, 2 cl)
¼ white creme de menthe (¾ oz, 2 cl)
Shake and strain into medium size glass and fill up with Champagne
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
