Minty Spritz


Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a champagne flute and add a splash of Aperol, then add well chilled prosecco.
Add 2-3 mint leaves
A splash of Aperol, about 2 tsp (0.5 cl)
Top the glass up with Prosecco
Serve in a champagne flute (6.0 oz)
