¼ lemon juice (¾ oz, 2 cl)
¼ Powdered sugar (¾ oz, 2 cl)
1 white of an egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1 teaspoon of cream (4 dashes)
Shake and strain
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
