Long Island Iced Tea


1 ounce vodka (3 cl)
1 ounce gin (3 cl)
1 ounce light rum (3 cl)
1 ounce white tequila (3 cl)
1 ounce triple sec (3 cl)
1 ounce fresh lemon juice (3 cl)
¾ ounce simple syrup (2 cl)
1 lemon wedge, for garnish (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Shake everything except for the Cola, and strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Top with cola. Add the garnish.
Serve in a collins glass (12.0 oz)
