Knickerbein Cocktail


Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
¾ oz Benedictine (2 cl)
¾ oz Yellow Chartreuse (2 cl)
¾ oz kummel (2 cl)
1 egg yolk (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1 dash aromatic bitters in bottom of glass, strain
Float beaten egg white
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
