Build
1 tsp sugar dissolved in a little hot water (4 dashes)
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 oz fresh lemon juice (3 cl)
2 oz liquor (brandy, rum, whiskey, gin, etc) (6 cl)
Fill with hot water
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
