1 oz Cognac (3 cl)
½ oz coffee (preheat the above 3 ingredients) (1.5 cl)
Beat 1 egg until foamy (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Stir 1 oz heavy cream into egg (3 cl)
Combine the mixtures into the heated mug
Add nutmeg sprinkle
Serve in a mug (12.0 oz)
