Build/stir
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
1 oz fresh lemon juice (3 cl)
Add 1½ oz Irish whiskey (4.5 cl)
Fill with hot water
Add nutmeg sprinkle and lemon wedge
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
