2 dashes Peychaud or Angostura bitters
2 dashes syrup
Use small mixing glass
Fill with Hollands as required
Piece lemon Peel
Small quantity shaved ice
Stir and strain into cocktail glass
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
