Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
½ oz orange juice (1.5 cl)
1 oz lemon (or lime) juice (3 cl)
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
2 oz gin (6 cl)
¼ oz maraschino liqueur (6 dashes)
½ oz cream (1.5 cl)
(Optional: add 1 egg use tall glass) (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
