Gin Swizzle
Build
1½ oz fresh lime juice (4.5 cl)
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
2 oz soda (6 cl)
Fill with shaved ice
Stir in mixing glass with ice strain thoroughly
Fill with soda
Stir in mixing glass with ice strain until glass frosts
2 dashes aromatic bitters
2 oz gin (6 cl)
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
