Gin Basil Smash

Shake with ice in cocktail shaker and strain
2 oz gin (6 cl)
1 oz lemon juice (3 cl)
¾ oz simple syrup (2 cl)
Muddle 4-6 basil leaves
Garnish with basil leaf
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
