Build / Blend
1½ oz applejack (4.5 cl)
½ oz fresh lime juice (1.5 cl)
½ egg white (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
Blend with a lot of crushed ice
Build into snow cone
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
