Fraise Fizz

Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain

1½ oz gin (4.5 cl)

1 oz fraise or fraise liqueur (3 cl)

½ oz fresh lemon juice (1.5 cl)

1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)

Fill with ice, soda

Add lemon twist, strawberry

Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
