Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1 egg yolk (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
2 oz light rum (6 cl)
½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)
¼ oz pastis (6 dashes)
¼ oz orange curacao (6 dashes)
¼ oz white creme de cacao (6 dashes)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)

Notes:

NOTE: pastis or creme de cacao may be replaced with apricot flavored brandy, creme de noyeaux, grenadine, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, etc.
