Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1½ oz grapefruit juice (4.5 cl)
1½ oz gin (4.5 cl)
1 egg white (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)
Strain over crushed ice frappe-style
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
