Country Cocktail
Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
¾ oz brandy (2 cl)
¾ oz Port (2 cl)
½ egg white (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)
½ oz fresh lemon juice (1.5 cl)
Add nutmeg sprinkle
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
