3/6 apple gin, sweet (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
1/6 orgeat syrup (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1/6 lemon juice (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1/6 kirsch (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1 dash of White of egg
Shake
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
