Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1 egg white (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1¼ oz fresh lemon juice (3.5 cl)
1¼ oz rye (3.5 cl)
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
Float ½ oz claret (1.5 cl)
Serve in a sour glass (4.0 oz)
