Commodore Cocktail

Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
¾ oz lemon juice (or lime juice) (2 cl)
¾ tsp sugar (3 dashes)
2 dashes orange bitters
1½ oz rye or Bourbon whiskey (4.5 cl)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
