Campari Sour
Dry shake, then shake with ice in cocktail shaker and strain
1½ oz Campari (4.5 cl)
1 oz simple syrup (1 cl)
½ oz grapefruit juice (1.5 cl)
½ oz lime juice (1.5 cl)
1 egg white, small
Garnish with brandied cherry
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
