The Caipirinha


4 to 6 lime wedges (2 oz, 6 cl)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar (1.5 cl)
3 ounces cachaça (9 cl)
Muddle the limes and sugar in an old-fashioned glass. Add crushed ice and cachaça, and stir thoroughly.
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
