Build

1 lump sugar (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

1 cinnamon stick (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

1 vanilla bean (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

1 orange peel (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

1 lemon twist (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

Fill with hot black coffee

Float 1½ oz brandy (4.5 cl)

Serve in a cup (6.0 oz)
