Caesar


Shake with ice in cocktail shaker and strain
1½ oz vodka (4.5 cl)
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
3 dashes salt
3 dashes black pepper
4 oz Clamato juice (12 cl)
Garnish with celery stalk and lime wedge
Serve in an ice filled highball glass (9.0 oz), rimmed with celery salt.
