Build

1 lump sugar (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

1 orange peel (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

1 twist of lemon (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

2 oz brandy (6 cl)

Ignite brandy, stir with a long metal spoon

Pour into preheated glass

Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
