Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain/build
1 egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)
1½ oz bourbon (4.5 cl)
½ oz light rum (1.5 cl)
½ oz cream (1.5 cl)
Strain into glass
Add ice
Add nutmeg sprinkle
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
