1 oz light rum (3 cl)
¼ oz apricot flavored brandy (6 dashes)
2 oz pineapple juice (6 cl)
½ egg white (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
¼ oz fresh lemon juice (6 dashes)
Strain
Fill glass with ice
Add fruit
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
