Blue Blazer

Preheat mugs
2 ½ oz Scotch in one mug (7.5 cl)
2 ½ oz boiling water in second mug (7.5 cl)
Continue pouring back forth several times
Add lemon twist ( 1 tsp sugar optional) (4 dashes)
Flame the Scotch pour into other mug quickly
Serve in a mug (12.0 oz)
