Bitter Banana Cooler
Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain/build
1½ oz light rum (4.5 cl)
¼ of ripe banana (¾ oz, 2 cl)
¾ oz pineapple juice (2 cl)
½ oz fresh lemon juice (1.5 cl)
2 dashes Peychaud bitters
Strain into glass
Fill with ice bitter lemon soda
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
