Betsy Ross Variation


Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1 oz brandy (3 cl)
1 oz Port (3 cl)
¼ oz orange curacao (6 dashes)
1 egg yolk (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
Add nutmeg, ice
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
