Stir in mixing glass with ice strain
2 oz dry sherry (6 cl)
¼ oz Cointreau (6 dashes)
¼ oz pimento dram (6 dashes)
1 dash orange bitters
1 dash orange juice (optional)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
